1What is a custom group adventure?
A custom group adventure is a tour specifically designed for you and your group. We can organize any sort of activity you want to do, book your accommodations and transportation as well as provide an Adventure Guide that will help take care of the logistics along the way. Popular custom group adventures include ski / snowboarding, cat-ski, downhill bike, cycling, cross-country bike, golf, bike / rafting weekend, cross-country skiing or hiking weekend. Corporate social clubs often book tours as team building events for their employees. Bachelor / bachelorette parties, birthday parties, family reunion and school groups are our most popular clients of custom tours. With our 20 person mini-bus and gear hauler we can accommodate small groups or for larger groups we can book our luxury coach to take your group out to the mountains for their adventure. 2What happens if I can't fill the bus?
Keep us in the loop, we are always here to help! On a coach bus, there is a 50 person minimum, with a $100 per seat short fee for any number of seats empty to get to the 50 person minimum. For example, if you sell 46 spots, the empty seat fee will apply each of the last 4 seats required to meet the minimum. If you book a mini-bus tour 18 person minimum is required. If you only sell 15 spots, there is a $100 empty seat fee for each of the last of the 3 spots. To avoid any additional fees, always keep us in the loop on how your trip is selling. We have a list of regulars that book on trips last minute to help groups meet their minimum numbers- so if you need some help selling some spots, we are here to help! 3How do I organize a group of friends/co-workers to go on a trip?
So you and some friends want to get outta town? Its pretty easy to get on a bus with us! Let us know how big your group is. If its less then 10 people we will have to match you up with another group with a similar idea of what they want out of their trip. If you have 10-20 people, we can run a custom tour with our mini-bus. If you have 20-40 people, we will try to match you up with another group (with a similar idea of what they want their trip to be like) to fill a 52 person coach bus. If you have 40-52 people we will organize a custom group adventure for you and your group. More then 52 people? We can use a combination of our mini-bus and any number of our luxury coaches to transport your group to their destination. Let us know what do you want you want to do and where you want to do it! Are you looking for a ski adventure at Kicking Horse? Downhill bike weekend at Silverstar? Week long ski tour through Alberta and BC? We have a large network of suppliers all over North America that we work with to bring you the best of outdoor adventure to your group. If you can dream it, we can do it! Let us know what your budget looks like? Is your group a corporate group that wants to have luxury slope-side accommodations with private hot tubs and boutique restaurants on the itinerary or are they more the hostel-style budget friendly adventurer? We work with all sorts of groups on all different types of budgets and we will work hard to meet your expectations for the adventure with your budget in mind. Now, when do you want to go? If your a bit flexible in your dates, you can often save some moola. If you have fixed dates in mind, that's fine too, we will work with your desired destination and our contacts their to find you accommodations within your budget and on your desired date. After you let us know all of those details we will work like busy bees to reach out to our network and build a quote for you with a custom built itinerary. If you decide to book with Most Epic Adventures, its easy- collect the payments from our group, provide us with a final payment and rooming list and we are good to go!
4What do I need to pay for my trip?
Deposits of $100 can be made after the trip is announced to hold your spot on the bus. Full payment is due 30 days prior to trip departure.
5What happens if I have to cancel my trip?
If you have bought cancellation insurance and the reason for cancelling falls within the parameters of the insurance policy, you will get a full refund. If you cancel before 30 days of departure, you will get a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days of departure no refund will be issued.
